Guest Registration & Legal Requirements
In compliance with Dubai Tourism Rules and Regulations, passport copies of all guests, including children and infants, must be submitted prior to arrival.
Failure to provide passport details in advance will result in check-in being denied.
Visitor Policy
All visitors must be pre-registered by submitting passport copies to:
These details will be forwarded to security for approval. Visitors who are not pre-registered will not be permitted entry at the main gate.
Important Notes
- Passport details submitted after 6:00 PM will be processed the following day
- Visitors must arrive before 9:45 PM; entry after this time will not be permitted
- Security strictly enforces these procedures
Violation of visitor policies may result in:
- Immediate eviction
- Full forfeiture of the security deposit
- No refund for remaining nights
Minimum Age Requirement
- The primary guest must be 21 years of age or older to check in
- Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a legal guardian
Care Of The Property
- Please treat the property as you would your own home
- Keep the property clean, tidy, and well-maintained at all times
- Leave the property in the same condition as upon arrival
Safety & Maintenance
- Report any issues or concerns to us immediately, primarily for your safety
- Keep all windows and balcony doors closed when the property is unattended
- Switch off lights when not in use
- Leave all appliances plugged in as originally found
Smoking Policy
- Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors
- If smoke odour is detected, a non-negotiable AED 1,000 fumigation fee will apply
- Do not dispose of cigarette butts, lit cigarettes, or rubbish from balconies or windows
Waste Disposal
Dispose of all waste only in designated bins
When bins are full, please use the trash chute located on your floor
Noise, Conduct & Community Respect
- Parties and events are not permitted
- Please be mindful of neighbours and keep noise levels reasonable
- Any illegal, offensive, or disrespectful behavior toward local customs is strictly prohibited
Pets
Pets are not allowed unless prior written approval has been obtained from management
Housekeeping & Damages
- Any damages reported by housekeeping, including stained towels or linens caused by misuse, will be deducted from the security deposit
- Please handle all furnishings, linens, and appliances with care
- Guests must not wash towels or linens during their stay
Towels & Linen Policy
Each guest will be provided with:
- One (1) bath towel
- One (1) hand towel
Additional towels are available upon request at an additional cost
Additional Services
- Extra housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee
- Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and additional charges
Keys & Access Cards
Keys and access cards must not be shared with non-registered guests
Replacement fees:
- AED 500 per lost access card
- AED 250 per lost key
Televisions & Subscriptions
- TV services are provided as standard and do not include premium or additional channels
- Guests must not purchase or activate additional subscriptions
- Unauthorized subscriptions will incur:
- Subscription cost
- Provider cancellation fee
- AED 100 service fee from Matty Living Holiday Homes LLC
Gardening & Pool Maintenance
- Daily gardening and swimming pool cleaning are mandatory
- Guests may not refuse access to maintenance staff
- These services are essential for guest safety and hygiene
Security & Compliance
- Any suspicious activity involving visitors or misuse of the property will result in:
- Immediate eviction
- No refund
- Full forfeiture of the security deposit
